past June I had the opportunity to visit the Children Center Lighthouse in Tallinn, Estonia. I returned to Apteegi for a day of celebration at the Lighthouse Children's ministry. Once more there was activity. Once more there was laughter. Once more there was abounding evidence of God's love.
